The Hollywood Palladium is a historic concert hall and live music venue in Hollywood, CA, operated by Live Nation. The main entrance is fully accessible, with accessible parking available at the Argyle entrance (a valid state-issued accessible placard is required, and spaces are limited so arriving early is recommended). The pathway from the parking area to the venue entrance is paved. Drop-off for guests with accessible needs is available at the Argyle gate entrance. Elevator access is available to the right-side balcony for VIP table ticket holders. Guest services staff are on hand to assist guests to accessible seating areas.
Assistive listening is available throughout the venue via Listen Everywhere Technology™, which allows guests to use their own mobile device and headphones by connecting to the venue’s free Wi-Fi and downloading the Listen Everywhere app. Physical ALD receivers are also available at the coat check with a photo ID deposit. The venue can accommodate guests with dietary needs through its Food & Beverage team, and guests may bring prescribed medication in its original labeled container.
