Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall

The Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall is a historic 6,300-seat concert hall and event venue in Los Angeles, adjacent to the USC campus, operating since 1926. The venue is fully ADA accessible: all entrances are ADA accessible, and dedicated ADA viewing areas are located on the auditorium’s balcony, house right. Accessible seating can be purchased through AXS.com, and the venue will set aside seating for those who need it upon request. Elevators are available in both the north and south auditorium lobbies, providing level access to the balcony. Accessible restrooms with ADA-compliant stalls are located in the main downstairs lobby. ADA parking is available in three nearby lots: the North Parking Structure, the West Lot, and the USC Shrine Structure. Rideshare drop-off and pick-up is designated at the venue address, and the Metro E Line’s Jefferson/USC station is a five-minute walk away.

Sign language interpreters are available by advance request — guests should email info@shrineauditorium.com at least two weeks prior to the event. The Guest Services team and venue personnel are available on-site to assist with any additional accommodation needs. The venue’s main orchestra floor is largely flat, with wide entry points at ground level, while elevators serve those who cannot use the stairs to the balcony. Service animals are welcomed in accordance with ADA requirements.

Visitors note that the venue is straightforward to navigate for wheelchair users at the ground level, with staff available to assist with seating. Some visitors have observed that restroom access can become more challenging during peak crowd times, so arriving early is recommended for those with mobility needs.
