The Tramway is a Certified Autism Center™, with trained staff and sensory guides for 14 locations throughout the facility. Braille signage is available near entrances, elevators, and restrooms. Printed scripts of the tram car narration are available for hearing-impaired guests, and video monitors in theaters and the museum are equipped with closed captioning. Accessible parking and a designated drop-off area are available.
