With a handicap pass, staff will direct you to handicap parking near the tram station where wheelchair accessible paths lead you to an elevator to ticking and the lobby. The tram itself will accept wheelchairs but for someone with mobility or standing limitations, there is limited seating on the train ride up to the top of the mountain. Once inside the mountain top lodge there are elevators and benches and two theaters with films of the history of the building of the tram with bench seating. The restaurants and outdoor viewing decks are wheelchair accessible as well.
There are a few tactile exhibits but limited audio or visual aids.
