Levi's Stadium

Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara is the home of the San Francisco 49ers and a major venue for concerts, soccer, and other large-scale events. The stadium offers extensive accessibility provisions throughout. Accessible parking is available in Red Lot 1 for guests with a valid DMV-issued Disabled Person Placard or License Plate, with courtesy golf cart shuttles also operating from several additional lots. Dedicated accessible pick-up and drop-off locations are provided on the east side of the stadium. Wheelchair assistance is available at all entry gates via a Mobility Services team reachable at (408) 579-4610, with escort service available both into and out of the stadium. The stadium features 25 elevators and 38 escalators at major gates including Xfinity Gate A, Dignity Health Gate C, and Toyota Gate F, with priority elevator access offered to guests with mobility needs. Accessible seating includes wheelchair spaces, companion seating, semi-ambulatory seating, and designated aisle seats throughout the facility.

All restrooms at Levi’s Stadium offer accessible facilities, including gender-neutral and family accessible restrooms on every concourse level. Baby changing stations are located in all family restrooms throughout the stadium. Nursing suites are also available, positioned adjacent to Guest Services booths. Closed captioning is available via personal mobile devices or stadium-issued devices through captioncast.eegicap.com (Event ID: levis), and is also displayed on the stadium’s upper and lower LED ribbon boards. Assistive listening devices (ALDs) are available for checkout at Guest Services offices. ASL interpreters are available for concert guests by advance request — contact the Visa Box Office at least one month in advance. Service animals, including service animals in training, are welcome throughout the stadium, on courtesy buses, shuttle carts, and at seats. Service animals do not include emotional support animals.

Visitors report that the stadium’s mobility services team is generally responsive and helpful in assisting guests from parking to their seats. Some visitors note that accessible seating inventory for 49ers games can be limited, with much of it held by season ticket holders, making early planning important for wheelchair users.
